Just a small haul and a small update.

Currently, my old camera is spoilt, so I am stuck with a new camera that I am find hard to work with. I am still trying to figure out how to take macro pictures or close ups, since the focus don't seem to work. Therefore that explains the lack of post. Even during my picture taking of my mega haul, I had to switch to my cellphone camera because it was hard to work out. So less talk, and here is a small haul!

I got this from May Fashion in Westmall. It's just a few backup items that I have gotten, so yup!

So firstly, I have forgotten to take a picture of the hairbands as seen in the upper right of the picture, I usually get a few at one go, as I use it on a daily basis, and it tends to get "stolen" by friends. They are a dollar each, and are really long, so I usually cut then into half and use it form there, or if you like long hair ties, you can use it all at once.

Next, I gotten a eyeliner, and this is the Rhomlon eyeliner that I have always used on a daily basis, (Though recently, I have been trying to finish up my STAGE eyeliners) and I love this, though the problem with a cheap eyeliner, is that quality is not necessary the same. The last one I got was a tad oilier, therefore, it tended to smudge a little. However, the overall quality hasn't deferred, so I am still happy.

My current mascara is in need of change, and since I saw this LA Girl mascara, which claims to be waterproof and smudgeproof. As those who have been following me for some time would know that I have been after a good waterproof and smudgeproof mascara for a long time, and though I don't have high hopes, I do hope that this wouldn't be a total flop.

And last but not least, a loose powder. I have been looking for one as well, as the ones that I have recently found and got contains shimmers and there are days where I want a matte face and those shimmer powders are really not an option. I have tried this out once, and I was rather impressed, as I didn't need to blot my face for more then 5 hours.

Next I went to Comics Connection, and got a small pouch and three metallic stickers!

And when my mum and I passed by BATA, we saw that they were having a 50% off sale on selected shoes, and 1 for 1 on selected shoes as well, so I got four pairs of shoes (it's hard for me to find shoes due to my weird foot OTL) but I only took pictures of three since the last was a little unglam and more for everyday wear.

And yea well, you can say I have an obsession with wedges =3=

HEY BABES!~

I know I know, I have been missing for a long time, 5 long months from my last post.

During September it was my exams and then I had a graduation project in October which constitutes as one module and I put a lot of hard work into it which paid off =D I then got a job in November and am still working now until my school starts in February! All the while working my ass off for my god-brother. =3=

So as you can see, I have been really busy, not only with school, but with work as well, and since I have started working 2 jobs, I realized, that I honestly don’t have time to do much anymore. I have to work weekends as well FML.

Adding on to the fact that I was on a makeup ban for the last 8 months and I must say I have been doing great. Now, before you say “BUT I SAW YOU BUYING MAKEUP!!!” let me just explain my definition of makeup ban.

To me a makeup ban is a ban on myself from buying excessive makeup that I am going to leave in my drawers and not use. There are two exceptions to the ban.

1.) Necessities are not considered a banned item. For example, if my foundation runs out, I am going to buy a new one because I need it. However, I am not going to splurge on a MAC foundation, because that is a want, not a need. (Though I know MAC’s blot powder is a need for most of you but you get what I mean.)
2.) Unless there is a major sale and the items are like OMGWTFBBQ cheap.

And there you have it, my take on a makeup ban. Including the fact that I was also on a Buying ban, that is the reason why you girls haven’t seen any hauls (which I know you girls love) and also why I have refrained from updating (since that would tempt me *smacks hands*)

But I have gotten a few stuff because they were really cheap and also because I recently got to know some friends who are from China and they have very happily agreed to bring back stuff that I order from Taobao for me so I could save on shipping. My last haul was very satisfying (cheap stuff that is oh-so-worth-it) and I have another 2 hauls coming in sometime in Feb.

So throughout this time I have hauled a little here and there, but the last 8 months, I have managed to amass a huge amount of stuff that I have gotten and I plan to do a mega haul post on it. So stay tuned girls! The post should be up by this week, latest the next, as there is a lot to photograph and a lot to swatch. I would try to post up the swatch from my STAGE haul as well *sweats* super long time I know OTL.

On the side note, I have been so busy with school that I don't even have enough time to sleep, since my course is a 1 year diploma, I have to cramp every night just to get a decent grade, but it all paid off, and I saw a couple of As in my last semester's result, something which I haven't seen since I was in Secondary 1 (I got A for my Home Econs), so as you can tell, I was ecstatic. But now I have to work even harder then ever, and that means less posting (as if it wasn't nothing already =3=) and lesser hauling.

I am on a spending ban, and have been for the last 5 months, (WOO HOO! BIG ACHIEVEMENT! XD) and though I do buy necessities, I have been a really good girl and not purchase anything unnecessary (or unless there was a huge sale and things were sooooo cheap, but I have been avoiding sales lately too >w<) so I am rather proud of myself! Every time I see something I want, I will ask myself, do I really need it other then the fact that I want it, if there are no reasons, then I will put the item back (albeit being a little sad) and get away from it lol.

So other then that, I have been fine, but there are some changes to my schedule, as the teacher in charge of my Graduation Project is going for a holiday, so our GP is pushed forward, but I am fine with it, as it means that I can be "released" earlier, and come back to blogging! I miss this so much!

Real quick post since I need to go catch up on my gaming, (RO HERE I COME!!), Anna was having a MAC "giveaway" where she was giving away free MAC products that she didn't feel suited her, so I got 2 lip glasses and 2 lip jellies!

To be honest, I would have never owned a MAC product, deeming it as too expensive for my student wallet, and that I don't have extra income other then from my Mum, (my Dad passed away when I was 12, and my Mum single-handedly brought up my sister and I) but I do have an idea of what MAC products are. And I have always wanted the MAC blot powder as I heard it does wonders for oily skin, and I was hoping it would work for me, but I could never justify myself taking out that amount to get it. Not trying to be cheapskate or cheapo, but honestly, MAC is something I can think about having but never think about buying at this point in my life.

But back to the products, I had to go get the items from Anna at her house, but luckily I was near the East side that day, and I had a friend who was kind enough to tag along and accompany me.

Keep in mind that this are my first ever MAC products, and that have never really used much MAC products before, though I have seen reviews and hauls on them, so I have nothing much to compare them too!

So anyway, I went over to Anna's place in the morning, and she passed them to me in a MAC plastic bag! I know I am so "sua ku" but I am one of those people that collect packagings and stuff >_<"

And then you flip them over and...

Like I said, I got two lip jellies and two lip glasses, they are in (from left to right), Jellicious, Saphoric, On Display and Style Warrior!

Right after I got it, I applied Saphoric striahgt onto my lips and I like the color and the feeling. It wasn't too sticky, though I don't have a problem with glosses being sticky, in fact I like them sticky, but I digress.

But as you can see, they are all rather "dark" colors, but I have recently been going more for the simple eyes, whacko lipstick look, so they came just in time!

And just a notice, I am going to be "leaving my home" form this Friday till next Tuesday, I am going for a chalet, and I am really excited! It's feeling like a graduation trip! Though we are not leaving Singapore =3=. But during the chalet stay, I have a few videos and post planned, and I plan to get them out and about during that time!

One of my best girlfriends, Katie has said she wanted to try out a mini photoshoot at the beach and I am really excited for that! Can't wait at all!

I know I haven't been posting a lot, sorry for that sweeties, I promise I will try to post more!

But the point of this post was to inform you girls that I will be really busy this month and probably into the next, with work, sleepovers, camps, chalets, and next month when school starts.

Will be in a CCA camp this weekends, and at the end of the month, I will be having a chalet organized by my best friends, which I am sure is going to be epic.

I was packing up my train case the other day, and also my makeup trolley (I put all in boxes on a trolley, so it's easier to push around), and I decided to start packing for the chalet at the end of the month. No, I haven't packed my clothes, that's kinda out of it, but I started to pack my makeup, and deciding what I was going to bring and those that I decide to leave behind.

After I finished packing, I realized that I have a lot of stuff which I all think I need, so I am going to go through them again when the time comes nearer, and then I should be able to pack with a clearer mind then. Will do a picture post on what I bring to chalets, and I was thinking of making it into a tag. Should be quite a fun one to do =D

Next month, I will be starting school, a whole new diploma in MDIS, I would be taking Mass Communications, which I am ecstatic about, it's been my dream since I was a little girl.

I am actually having a Geo Lens Preorder on my personal blog right now, but if you guys need some contact lens, I can hook you up, I am not earning from this, I am giving you the prices that the supplier quotes me, and I have to say, it's really cheap!

So quite obviously, I have changed my blogskin, because I was struck by something Sara said on someone's comment about a three tiered blog being messy or something, and no, I didn't change it because she said so, but because I have wanted to do it for sometime but never got around to doing so, and I don't really like seeing my blog in white and being so plain, I still prefer black as a background color. Oh wells.

Oh another note, I know that some of your guys might want to see tutorials from me, but I honestly don't believe in my own skills in doing tutorials, so I decided I would stick to doing FOTDs until I get more courage =D Sorry for those who were waiting for my tutorials.

Also, I was thinking of doing a series of inspired looks from Koda Kumi, as she is one of my favorite artist. Was looking through her PVs the other day and got the inspirtion to do it. Now I just have to find the time to sit down and actually do it.

One thing about me is that I don't like the idea of me doing makeup for some tutorial or look then not acutally going out with it because it's too over the top or that it doesn't suit the occasion I am going for. I tend to dress really causally (some might say auntie-ish) when I am out with my close friends and I am the "mother hen" of the group, therefore, full blown makeup + pretty clothes + high heels don't make it any easier for me to chase after them.

I know that some of you might saw, well if that's the case, then do a tutorial before going out of the house or before going for your event. The thing is, I am darn lazy, and I sleep till the very last minute before I actually get my ass up to get ready to leave. But the time I am done lazing, I hardly have time to do my makeup, so I usually do my makeup on the go, that being the reason for always sporting the neutral/brown eye look.

But I won't be doing tutorial type looks, more like I like this look, let's try it out one day kinda thing.

As for my wishlist, no I didn't forget about it or abandoned it, I am still trying to compile pictures together.

I am currently waiting for my school to start in April, where I go to MDIS and take Mass Communication. So currently, I am working for my god brother from home, and he drives me really hard when I don't have school. Though I don't get paid for it, but it's really the experience that counts, and he treats me out for lunch or buys my stuff which I want once in a blue moon.

Think I shall stop rambling here, my god bro just sent me another invoice, *groans*

P.S Alot of people have been asking me what does じゃ,またね! mean, it's actually Japanese and it mean "Well then, see you later!"

Ok, so I have decided to do a wish list kinda post, but not one for one product, instead, it's going to be a one brand one post kinda thing, so instead of having multiple post that post what I am lemming for, I shall do it all in one post! Of course, I will link them in the top navigation bar, in the wish list section, but I would be putting it up in my categories for easier navigation too!

I know some of you might not like seeing this kinda post, so it you want to skip it, go ahead, I won't be offended!
